Summer Internship at The LOLA

Event Marketing

As a Content Marketing Intern at The Lola, I planned and promoted events that fostered connection and professional growth.

Some of my favorite events were the Health & Mental Wellness Summit and the Marshalls influencer panel event. I coordinated logistics, managed check-ins, prepared onboarding materials, and led post-event communications.

These events consistently brought in 70+ participants and cultivated community by creating engaging spaces for connection, networking, and personal development.

Digital Communications

I produced clear, engaging copy across digital platforms that increased member engagement and event sign-ups.

On Mighty Networks, I wrote weekly event round-ups, crafted announcements, and responded to inquiries in real time, which improved clarity and response time for a 250+ member community.

On Instagram, I created social posts that highlighted members, promoted upcoming events, and showcased the community’s culture.

Across both platforms, I built meaningful relationships with members to support onboarding, strengthen retention, and ensure every woman felt welcomed.

Content Strategy & AI

I used AI marketing tools to take podcast interviews and virtual discussions and turn them into clear, easy-to-digest content. I pulled the best insights into themed sections and repackaged them as digital lead magnets that members actually wanted to use.

This helped streamline our content workflow, boosted follower interaction, and made The Lola’s brand feel more consistent. All of this content was then organized and housed on Mighty Networks so members could access it easily in one place.
